Youtube API Key Causing Error

Error: TypeError: playlist.getVideos is not a function
Script: play.js

Cause: YouTube API Key is invalid

Solution: Add check for valid API key before constructing playlist object

pm2 still restarting mercchan after kill command

Kill command should send webhook to stop pm2 mercchan process
