Currently the Keycloak and messaging server do not properly wait until initialized and need a manual 'poke' to initialize them. Need to remove the need for this.

I realized that it is not possible to change the API URL for ontology search. In my case, I have local installation of NCBO and host both public and private ontologies. Can you add the environment variable to support different URL of NCBO?

The docker-compose.yml files should incorporate the release version of CEDAR images.

In the documentation, you only mentioned how to build the docker images using the default domain names "metadatacenter.orgx". Can you illustrate how to implement with other domain names in the documentation.

Need to package the embeddable editor (likely using NPM) as part of the release process and also develop a mechanism for repos that use this component to obtain this component when they are being released.

I am trying to install cedar by following the steps you listed in the documentation using docker and met quite some errors for mongo, nginx, etc.. The main issue is that the docker image of all these services are all customized and they work all fine once I change them to their official docker images. Can you use the official docker image of these tools?
