Armor shows only defense and not soak in the derived stats on a Nemesis.

Could you elaborate more, I don't understand what you're talking about. Are you saying that adding an Armor item to an adversary doesn't add their Defense or Soak values to the sheet? If so I believe that is behaving as intended since you are able to directly modify the sheet with the value, as is typical for adversary stat blocks.

Soak and Defense from active effects do not appear at all.

I just tested this and they work. However, there is a weird interaction/behavior that happens when an active effect is modifying a field that can be edited manually. That is something that I'll try to address in the future.

In regards to the armor not modifying soak on Nemesis, that is correct. It seems strange to me that armor soak affects PCs and not nemesis (Nemesi? Nemesises?). If a nemesis has armor that could be "loot", dropping that armor on the Nemesis means that you still have to manually modify the armors soak directly on the Nemesis sheet. I understand that armor soak may be insufficient and therefore still has to be increased beyond the base Brawn+Armor soak value but that's case-by-case. Currently, this requirement is 100% since regardless of armor worn, on a nemesis defaults to soak = brawn. But if this is not considered a bug....
