After setting NuGet_profile.ps1, which loads both powershell script as below:

. "C:\Projects\Helix-master\configuration\scripts\Helix\add-helixmodule.ps1"
. "C:\Projects\Helix-master\configuration\scripts\Build\build-publish-local.ps1"

On executing Add-[Feature/Project/Foundation], it complaints about Create-Config variable not found.

Solution:
Rename Create-Config in one of the file, thus it should not get overwritten by another.
OR
remove . "C:\Projects\Helix-master\configuration\scripts\Build\build-publish-local.ps1"
entry from NuGet_profile.ps1 if you are not using build process.

#Rename-Files -StartPath "$StartPath" -OldValue $config.TemplateModuleType -NewValue $config.ModuleType

After un-commenting above line it start renaming config files under include folder.
