As opposed to the unmaintainable hot mess it is now, I'd like to convert the selectable profiles to stable and unstable.

Stable will be standard Gentoo portage with minimal unmasks and keywords to make applications work.
Unstable will be ~* Gentoo portage with minimal masks to make applications work.

The current setup will be moved to unstable first and stable will be setup anew.
When stable works, unstable can be cleaned up.

Although the half-started/finished move from one-big-file to separate named files was ok at best, it is not very predictable nor programmer friendly.

Currently the overlay has too many packages defined in the packages files of the profiles.
These are then accredited to @System, whereas it should end up in the portage world file.
Many of these are not NEEDED, but do complement the entire setup.
