currently in all() at line 198 there is this instance of condition

if (app instanceof express.Server) {

Since express no longer has express.Server this line should be replaced with

if (app instanceof express.HTTPServer) {

For those that are looking for a work around this is how I am using it right now

//include all helpers 
express.Server = express.HTTPServer //this is a hack to make the helpers work
app = helpers.all(app);

This could also be a way of making express-helpers backward compatible.

I got burned by this old version which has some different arguments for some functions.

from this line: var helpers = require('express-helpers')(app);

Ideas?
