Safari's default bottom menu opening
In safari, I should click twice because of bottom menu of safari showing at first
Demo doesn't work
I tried the demo link in the README in Firefox and Chrome and I don't think it works. Clicking any of the menu items doesn't do anything.
Support mat-icon within the nav
It would be nice if <mat-icon>s could be used instead of <svg>s:

Angular version: 6.1.2
Material version: 6.4.5
material-bottom-nav version: 1.0.6
Consider inlining svg-icon mixin usage
Currently only used once, could avoid polluting the global mixin namespace by just inlining the rules that the mixin would apply.
