The initial math for computing the offset increment in PlotterMeter appears to be off. The scrolling starts out with a shudder and is jerky, until the offset delta can correct the situation and facilitate the smooth scrolling.

I'm sure this can be better.

Version 0.02 will be released under the Apache License, Version 2.0.

Cluttered meters with lots of samplers can be hard to understand--it's difficult to know what value(/color) corresponds to which sampler. Labels might be an easy way to fix that.

The "smooth" effects for vertical axis scaling, movement along the horizontal axis, and for the smooth floating line indicators, consume a lot CPU with all of the drawing they do. It might be handy to optionally disable some or all of these effects to conserve CPU.

Implement filled in plots. Maybe use alpha-transparency?

Create an Indicator, which will decorate the actual sample values on the plot for a Sampler.

Implement a straight line plotter. This should result in a plot made out of jagged, straight lines.
