Change CP/M to run from EEPROM

Hiya, I've watched your YouTube videos, which are great by the way, and I'd like to program CP/M into an EEPROM (W27C512) so it runs from there. Is this easy to do, ie is CP/M compiled to run as offset addresses or absolute and how would you suggest this is done? Any pointers would be greatly appreciated and I'd like to build one of these for teaching my boys about computers, how they work and their history before going on to programming. I guess there are others that would appreciate this too so another YouTube video perhaps?!

Many Thanks, Dan
