Using mock library for fetch; integration tests for CLI and multiple OS testing

Add a DFD diagram with the algorithm that correctly solves the md links traversing/validating problem.

Before initial commit.

Add the set-up to my project: an npm project with its package.json and some of the intial dependencies and directories/files that I foresee at this point as necessary.

Since this is a TDD project, tests should be set up before coding actually begins. Add unit tests for my module and integration tests for all other dependencies, and others as needed.
