Align concept of study/project between NMDC and EMSL about nmdc-schema

@cmungall Mark B is still does not yet have permission to return to work (from Customs & Immigration). Hopeful that he can return next month, but in the meantime, Dave Millard is probably in the best position to speak to this.

Decision for now: leave the schema flexible. E.g., studies can be parts of studies, which can be parts of other studies, etc.

This will hopefully allow us to meet different organizational needs.
