multiple buckets

Hi, I wanted to set up multiple buckets as follow:

    options: {
      buckets: [
        // up to 50 requests per 5 seconds
        {
          id: misc.getIP,
          name: 'general5sec',
          interval: 5 * 1000,
          max: 50
        },
        // up to 600 requests per 5 minutes
        {
          id: misc.getIP,
          name: 'general5min',
          interval: 300 * 1000,
          max: 600
        }
      ],
      enabled: true,
      default: ['general5min', 'general5sec']
    }

I want the routes to be protected by either general5min or general5sec but I found out only the first bucket in the default array is in effective. Is this a limitation of this library or I am not doing it right?

Register limit checking onRequest

Currently the limit checks happen onPreAuth, it maybe useful to have that configurable ( Using swagger-node-runner for example, as this framework skips the preAuth step for a custom one )
