Create a custom check that will check if the command (or slash command) was run in the Open-Source server or the Private server

In assets\text create a .py file which contains the role ID of all the major roles used in the discord server

• Secretaries
• Heads
• Core
• Team MLSC

Ensure COG will work on the bot (more info). Create enable disable commands for the cogs. Make sure only admins Secretaries have access to the command (use their role)

Make an appropriate README,md for the bot, it should include details on its current features, its stack, how to install and operate it, as well as any more relevant information. Make sure to include the steps to get your own Discord token
