cannot use redis client using ioredis

Do not recognise passed redis client which was created using ioredis, Its looking for redisclient of type RedisClient which is created by node_redis.

Add more tests to verify working as expected

We need to verify each function works and fails as expected so need more tests.

Specifically

  • expected elements added
  • expected element removed
  • expected weighted distribution
  • reset deletes peer and entry keys for channel
