Strange to see Safari steps in How to activate? on desktop Chrome

Move feature detection to store

The idea of Nano Stores is to wrap browsers API to stores too.

For instance, Contacts API feature detection could be a store as well (and React component will be cleaner).

Avoid creating functions on every render

Functions like this could be moved out of the component’s function.
