Is there a small example use-case available?

Hello

I attended your great talk at the ISMB and now would like to give the method a try. Unfortunately, I don't know where to start. I cloned the repository and I am familiar with Python but there seems to be no main method. Could you provide a small example demonstrating the use of the code? Maybe with a small randomly generated RNA-seq data set?
