g-meta's Issues

data question

Hi:
In each dataset you provide in code, there is a file "trian. csv". Ths third column is label, is it the relative second column node label? And what's the relation between third column and label.pkl file? Thanks.

Data version is out-of-date

Dear authors,

The provided dataset can not be loaded with the newest DGL version. Could you provide a new version of that?

Variable h_graphlets called before assignment

Hi there,

Thanks for making your code available to us. I would like to check what does h_graphlets refer to here (line 182) cause it seems to be called before assignment. Thanks!

No module named 'dgl.graph'

Dear G-Meta team,

Greetings, I counted the problem on dgl package.
When I tried to open the dgl_graph.pkl file, ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'dgl.graph' problem evoked while I matched the conda virtual environment setting to your requirements.
Although I searched the above error comment, I couldn't find the proper solution.
Can you give any suggestions or results after running dgl_graph.pkl file?
I'm sorry for bothering you and look forward to your reply.

Best,
