When writing itemize list notation in markdown like below

- a
  - b
  - c
- d
  - e

preview shows;

・abc
・de

following output should be appropriate

・a
　・b
　・c
・d
　・e

reproduction process is shown as below;

1. Create markdown file "hoge.md"
2. Press [Shift + Ctrl + P] and select Open Preview and save to .txt(md2down)
3. An error message is shown as below

'Preview 'hoge.md'' を開くことができません: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open 'C:\c:\Users[User Name]\Desktop\hoge.txt'。

I suspect the cause is double volume label like 'C:\c:'.
It's also issue open to question that this extension try opening hoge.'txt', not hoge.'md'.
