koa-http-proxy

koajs wrapper over nodejitsu's node-http-proxy.

Installation

$ npm install koa-http-proxy

Options

All options are passed to node-http-proxy, except that if options is passed as a string, it will normalized as options' target.

See node-http-proxy for full list of accepted options.

Example

var koa = require('koa')

var $proxy = require('koa-http-proxy')

koa()
    .use($proxy('https://www.google.com'))
    .listen(3000)

make http-proxy a peerDependency

So users have flexibility to use any compatible version of http-proxy.

try demo, get a error

  Error: read ECONNRESET

Expose a way to listen to proxy events

Right now, the module only exposes the thunk wrapper. There's no handle for the consumer of this library to get ahold of the proxy instance so that something like the following can be done:

proxy.on('proxyReq', (err, req, res) => {
  console.log('Outgoing proxy request => ' , req)
}
