Game is not loading under firefox mobile

Current behaviours:
When running a game with Firefox mobile,
some games are not run at all, as the browser say: script timeout

Expected behaviour:
When running a game using Firefox mobile, the game run as it should.

Workaround
Games seen to not run when the scene contains too many elements.

Texture can appear as black when games are running in Safari

Current behaviour:
When running a game under safari, some or all textures can be rendered as full black.

Expected behaviour:
When running a game using safari, the texture is correctly rendered

Workaround:
Create texture having a pow2 size (64x64, 128x128, ...). Please note that a texture of 124x64 might work as well
(not tested)

Child objects of the camera is not placed at the correct location

Current behaviour:
Attach an object as child to the camera object, while being in front to the camera.
In the game, the object is not visible because his coordinate put the object at a different location

Expect: the object is visible and in front of the camera, like it is in blender.

Workaround: Attach the object only at runtime and not in blender.

Analysis: minigdx rotate the camera to 90 degrees as by default camera's blender is facing down (and not in front).
So any attached object should take this rotation in consideration which is not the case at the moment.
