video_section component is swallowing value of component name inside call block

At a glance I think the Pros & Cons headings are more legible without the colons, have discussed with Dave and have agreed to remove.

The read more links have an uppercase letter on the name of the page in the link. Eg. 'Read more about Professional mediation'

iPad portrait issue.
The width of the pros & cons box looks narrower on the content page vs. the summary page. The text is wrapping sooner. Preference is to update the content page to be the same as the summary.

There is a slight spacing issue on IE11 (tested on windows 7 & 8.1 via browserstack. There is too much space between the step number and icon.

The button text on the mobile viewport (when they go full width) is aligned left but the GDS pattern aligns the text centrally.

• All URL's should be absolute and have no underline

• Pros & cons should have 1px border and blue lines removed (same style as GDS call out styling)

• Align the step number heading left with the step heading
• Reduce the spacing between the step number and heading
