Current Travis CI setup is only for publishing VS code extension. It doesn't need to be triggered on every PR and this always fail because of $PUBLISHER_KEY.

Please turn off Travis build on PR

Some UI color such as list.activeSelectionBackground hurts readability.

Let's gather examples and fix at once.

1. activityBar.foreground would be fixed by Foreground(#ccced0) or White(#f5f5da)
2. I would like to use Dim Blue(#347) instead of Blue(#587), How about your opinion?

This project doesn't specify the license yet. @minmul117 the owner should choose one in https://choosealicense.com/ and add a proper LICENSE file. package.json also should be modified to export the license.
