http:// gets cut off and replaced with a missing / no matter how many are used in the url
for http://popoutmaker.mitsunee.com/youtube/ the default options are all off, but for example http://popoutmaker.mitsunee.com/youtube/https://youtube.com/watch?v=G70-EYAhF9M the defaults are on,on,off which is the expected outcome.
Furthermore the link http://popoutmaker.mitsunee.com/youtube/i does not work, which is supposed to simply disable annotations.
