Implementation of a basic Corporate Identity in CSS

In order to have a consistent appearance, we need a Template Page, which we can use as orientation for the implementation of the different views resulting from the use cases.
For this we have to do the following steps:

• Discuss overall Design together
• Implement a static version of the template page
• Implement a basic corporate identity with CSS (see #4)

Auch sagt Ludwig wenn er eine payoutMethodId mitgibt dann sagt das Backend "If you are not the study creator your put should only contain the field participantId with your own id" ==> change so that payoutMethodId can be changed as participant...

Implementation of a Header consisting of:

• The name of the project (StudyHub) on the upper-left
• A navigation bar below the name with links to Home, Find Study, Create Study, Approve Study and Settings (shown depending on login status and user status (creator, payee, participant))
• User information with name and profile picture (if logged in). If logged in, clicking on it redirects to the Profile Page, otherwise to the Login Page
