Trouble building in VS2017

I am just wondering if anyone has this working under VS2017, I am unable to build without a number of errors.

I am attempting to compile

auto x = make_fp<int64_t, 32 >(3.25);
auto y = make_fp<int64_t, 32>(0.75);
