Error during compile with library vertdll

Compile fails with the following error message

libvcruntime.lib(memcpy.obj) : error LNK2005: memcpy already defined in vertdll.lib(vertdll.dll)

VERSION will be incorrect

When VERSION was changed to use shard.yml version the macro to call shards command is incorrect.

Fix variable names that have the name alias

Crystal has a keyword alias that conflicts with the name of variables or parameters
