Hi, it doesn't work for my Markdown. What's the problem ?

In Pandoc you can specify the image width by a third parameter as such

 ![Caption texte](/path/to/image){width=50% height=30%}

VSCode and vscode-markdown-image-size currently does not take this parameter in account. Any plans on implementing this?

I see your gitignore has the src folder set to ignore. Was just curious how you implemented this feature

When exporting to PDF, it renders the text instead of the icon.
