Some items are hidden despite, overall, being interesting
The filter function for the delta calculation currently filteres out items that are not there at all. For the EverythingTracker that is fine, but the item select tracker might care about the items it has filtered as well. Allow the filter list to be passed so the tracker can keep those in in that case!
