Write a Bash completion script for cb2util.

Completion must be generated from the output of cb2util --help.

"cb2util cheats -d" tries to decrypt all codes, even if they are already in raw format.

Add a mechanism to detect which codes are encrypted and how. This way users can properly import a "cheats" file with both encrypted and decrypted codes.

I was making a PCB cheats file, and found that my .hack//G.U. codes were generating an error. after a few minutes, I realized that even though the game title was quoted, it still was treated as a partial comment.
the error was:

allcheats.txt: line: 1
error: parse error: cheat description invalid here

and the game name was as such (on the first line):

".hack//G.U. Volume 1"

so, my suggestion is to have a backslash escape-sequence (or any escape sequence) or just to omit that type of comment. there still is the number-sign comment anyway.
