A flask server is needed to take calls from the discord bot that then calls howdoi from the command line and responds with the results.

Discord bot needs to listen for messages sent by users that are meant to be intercepted by the bot e.g messages with howdoi prefix. With these messages it will send a HTTP request to the flask server and await a response.

Reply to the user with the response and listen for a reaction. A positive reaction meant the response was good quality and a negative response means that the response wasn't good. Maybe we can log these or ask the user to ask again in a different way

We should define what kind of fields we need in our responses so that the discord bot and the flask server can communicate properly.

This will probably be easier once we get a grasp of howdoi because we can then know what pieces of data will be displayed by the discord bot

Question_generate is a method in the WikiHowAgent.py use spacy to detect id we did use verb after invoking howdoi to make very meaningful query but it's not working as NLTK or spacy both not capable to recognize verbs like "program, print.... "as VERB not NOUN or PROPN

if a message is quoted with a "howdoi" then we should get a response from API

Should utilise the flask server to send HTTP requsts using HTTPie to test expected outputs and parsing of queries as if they were discord messages
