Describe the bug
Currently, the form doesn't reset with initial values after pressing submit, so I had to implement a reset button to do that for us.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. npm start after cloning the repo and installing dependencies
2. Go to "Post a Wishlist!" tab
3. Fill out form
4. Press submit, see output in console, press reset

Expected behavior
Ideally, the form should reset after submission and the wishlist poster should be redirected to the organizations page to see their card/profile(later issue)
