Header: Incorporates logos with external links to YouTube and Twitch. Main Section: Displays a brief introduction and summary about the project, styled with CSS for an appealing look. Form: Allows users to submit requests, toggling visibility when the "Submit a Request" button is clicked. Footer: Contains contact information including email and phone number, styled with CSS for aesthetics.

Integrated state management with React hooks to toggle the visibility of the form. Styled components with CSS for enhanced user interface and responsiveness.
