how do you login to admin settings onces your in kiosk mode?

I need to login to admin settings and sometimes to main Ubuntu user to do the following.

  1. Connect the WiFi (If it gets disconnected)
  2. Configure the home URL for the kiosk
  3. The screen is (left or right) virtually, how would i change it back to horizontally?
  4. Login into into admin settings or Ubuntu for emergency settings.

Maybe a readme file to help us understand the code?
