Amsterdam 2018 - Third tutorial Evoke name-string

Hi, so in the third tutorial in the naming I see that in your notebook you get the multiplication operator as a '', while I get it (by default) as a '×'. IT is kind of annoying because the second is less known and don't have a keyboard shortcut (when I tried to run the last line in the tutorial, firstly it gave me an error because of the naming, because I tried to read it with '' as it is written, but noticed it was written with '×' instead, so it didn't fit).

Do you know why it could it differs on different computers and which settings can change it ?
