Add Build

It would be helpful, as a contributor, if the project supported a build that verified the functionality of the server.

Support https for Jenkins URL

The package currently hard codes the Jenkins URL to use the HTTP protocol. Could the code be modified to support HTTPS?

Perhaps support https in the path to the server?

Why isn't this a Jenkins plugin

I know this probably goes beyond the scope of this plugin, but it would be very useful if this could be provided as a plugin for Jenkins. In my use-case it is not an option to install Node and have an additional service running on my build server just for displaying a coverage badge and therefore I have to hack this functionality in as a post-step build step using Groovy and post the badge to a web service. There already exists a badge plugin (Embeddable Build Status) but this is just for the build status and not for coverage.

Remove `jenkins` from path

Since this package is designed to work against Jenkins, specifically, can we just remove the jenkins part of the path? (The part before /c/)
