new_mochiweb.erl crash about mochiweb

I have a fresh copy today, and now get this same issue regardless of user or which directory I specify for creating the new app.

This script should actually not exist anymore, it has been replaced with rebar functionality.

To create a new mochiweb using project:
make app PROJECT=project_name

To create a new mochiweb using project in a specific directory:
make app PROJECT=project_name PREFIX=$HOME/projects/
