mismatch in redeclaration of ModelType

When I "check" (syntax check) the LinearMPC.mo-library with Dymola 2017 Beta 3 the following *_Error *_occurs: Mismatch in redeclaration of ModelType, line 605).

OM Compatibility?

Does this library work with OpenModelica? It is constantly giving an error of not finding a particular file.

block inherits from partial model

The block MPCstatespace inherits from the partial model Basic.linMPCpartial which causes a warning in Dymola 2017 Beta 3: "Also a warning occurs that says that "A block may only inherit from a block, or record,but MPCstatespace inherited from model Basic.linMPCpartial".
