1. $name is declared twice in function.php add videoreq and in addvideo
2. undefined index in line 35 and 36 in upload.php
3. how to login or view for the admin?

While uploading the video I got the following errors,

video is not visible after uploading

Only .mp4 video are playing, .flv & all other format video are broken.

Hi, How to post a video directly without admin approval? & The upload status bar on the upload page would be helpful.

There is no profile page to view the user account details & change password.

On the comment section there is loader appear while posting a command, Is there is a way to post the command without loading the page?
