Create A CNN Model that is trained to classify Traffic signs from the given image.

As this is a script collection repository you are allowed to submit any file that follows the guidelines in the readme.md file.

There will be a limit of 1 PR per individual, this can be altered later on if need be.

This code aims to classify fashion MNIST data(This is used as an example).

Obviously can be altered for different data.

I would like to create a Java file with methods for testing if the number is a palindrome, to check if two numbers are divisible, to calculate factorials, to reverse the passed number and to calculate and store the Fibbonacci series until the limit passed as an argument.

I believe such code snippets are very helpful for complex programs, and programmers do not spend time refrencing simple functions.
