Help make hangouts more accessible for those in need! It extends Hangouts by making it more accessible for the blind. The first release would focus on the blind, and we will continue to add more features :)

Since it is really difficult for the blind to access the Hangout chat, this extension would read the chat back to the user in a clear and accessible way.

Features

• Says the name once, then the text.
• Says who parted and joined hangout
• Doesn't say what you typed.

Control volume

Need to be able to control the volume when I'm within the hangout. Don't have an easy way to know where to go if I want to access the controls.

Stop speaking and catch up to the current utterance

If someone pastes a really long message into the chat, it can interrupt the user from following what people are saying.

The extension should allow the person to stop all current utterances and catch up(skipping the backlog of messages).
