On the picture of the smarties in the cup, there is a "4." on it for whatever reason.

-Repeated icons (background-image) is cut off on smaller screen sizes.

-Your body copy is centered and has no gutter on lower sizes (causing tension).

-Form doesn't submit properly.

-There is a stray #4 in the smarties picture.

Everything looks good!

Nav buttons not aligned. "contact button" on its own at the bottom of the "about" button"

The "contact" button is not in line with the other two. There is no space between the two words in in the banner, they are touching each other (unless it's supposed to be that way). The body copy has no margin or padding, it is touching the sides of the screen. Everything else is good!
