Create a function that will check if an event is obsolete.

An event is obsolete if there is a new event by the same name, but a different year. For example, there is a row with key (swingfest, 2015), but then now I'm trying to add (swingfest, 2016), the "obsolete" column of the aforementioned row should be updated from "0" to "1"

This is not necessary now, but would be necessary if put into an actual working website.

Scrape all past event information from each site and mark them as "past" in the "status" column.

Create a function that will loop through the document and check to see if events are past. If they are, change the status column value from "upcoming" to "past"
