I can see three obvious things to do with the last modified time of a downloaded file.

1. Do nothing. The host OS will set the last modified for us, and strictly, it will be correct, since the file on the local machine was modified by us.
2. Set last modified to the start time of the recording. Not really correct in any sense, except in an abstract, theoretical way that "This file was created when the recording was broadcast".
3. Set last modified to the end time of the recording. This one is justified as "The local file is a copy of a file on the PVR, that would have last been modified when the broadcast ended."

Actually setting it is easy, its the politics that takes some thought.

Timezone is hard coded to Europe/London. The hard part is going to be designing a nice interface.
