Ie. a customer project shows up as one project in Forecast. However the billing is split into seasons or months or so in Harvest. Weekly balance should take all possible similar Harvest entries into account if there's no separate Forecast projects for them and group them as one.

Currently weekly balance only lists the main project.

The max execution time for zeit serverless functions is 10s. For balance reports that go a couple of years back in time it won't be enough, so the function times out.

Sometimes it's not enough to see the current week's allocation spendings, instead it would be good to be able to enter arbitrary start and end dates to follow up a project over several weeks.

The API supports this, it's just a matter of UI.

Add a separate meter for unbillable work. The unbillable time could show in the total-meter as different color, and count towards 100%.

Harvest tells the wrong week number for the current week (Week 8)
