Complete list of Campaigns with dates

CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file missing

As of January 1 2019, Mozilla requires that all GitHub projects include this CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file in the project root. The file has two parts:

1. Required Text - All text under the headings Community Participation Guidelines and How to Report, are required, and should not be altered.
2. Optional Text - The Project Specific Etiquette heading provides a space to speak more specifically about ways people can work effectively and inclusively together. Some examples of those can be found on the Firefox Debugger project, and Common Voice. (The optional part is commented out in the raw template file, and will not be visible until you modify and uncomment that part.)

Develop logic to handle import data hierarchy for duplicate records found during import

For the fields in the import; we need to define which system (import file or Salesforce) should win if there is data already populated in Salesforce, then which fields should be overwritten from the import and fields should be left alone if they are already populated?

Record type for those Contacts already in the system

If there's a contact in the Foundation Key Network contacts that is already in the Salesforce system, with a different record type than "Foundation Contacts" - how are we going to denote that these are Foundation Network contacts as well?

Campaign / Program name

When linking a campaign to a program, is this a 1:1 relationship or will there ever be a chance of more than 1 program being linked to a campaign?

Estimate the total Account records to be loaded in test & prod

Ensure campaign names adher to CRM Naming conventions

There is a naming schema for Marketing Campaigns, so we should adhere to that when naming and loading campaigns.

Need to compile a list of campaigns (past, present, future) with proper campaign names.

Initial Contact program & Last Contact program

Should these fields be picklist values or should they be a lookup to the Campaign object so that they can choose the specific campaign/event?

Wiki changes

FYI: The following changes were made to this repository's wiki:

• defacing spam has been removed

• Restricting write access to contributors is strongly encouraged. Please make that change (documentation).

These were made as the result of a recent automated defacement of publically writeable wikis.

Campaign start date and time

The Campaign start date appears to be both a start date and a time. Should we store this as a combined date/time field (which would allow for calculations) or as separate date and time fields. The standard Campaign start date is solely a date field (it will not store the time as well).

A possible solution would be a custom date/time field for start date/time that would strip out the date and auto populate the date in the out of the box campaign start date field.

Match CRM Accounts with Network organizations

Establish batch limits for soft launch email sends

The soft launch email scheduled for May 16th will be sent in two batches as the full collection of all the core leader contact information will not be completed by the drop dead date of 5/10.
The first batch will go out May 16th, the subsequent batches will be sent on additional dates to be set by 270 Strategies.

We would like to minimize the batches to 2, 3 at the most. To make the subsequent batches effective there should be an upper limit that needs to be reached ie 300? before a subsequent batch is sent.

Need to connect with 270 to discuss what the batch limits should be for subsequent email sends.

Compile a list of all Campaigns w/ dates

Population of Network Tier, Engagement Level & Engagement Category

Will these values of Network Tier, Engagement Level and Engagement Category be populated upon the initial import or updated after the records are loaded?

Language picklist values

For the language multi-value picklist - what are the options that should be visible? I will start off with the following, but would like input on others to add:

English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Swedish, Japanese, Chinese

Create User profiles

Program Leads and other relevant staff need to be able to view and update CRM information based on needs.
Develop user profiles based on roles for each.

Campaign hierarchy

Determine the campaign hierarchy for Network campaigns - are we going to segment by year, program, or some other metric?

For example, the developer network campaigns are segmented by year, then by quarter

We have up to 5 levels of campaign hierarchy grouping available if need be. We should determine how best to segment them so that they are rolled up appropriately for reporting.
