consider supporting Grunt about oghliner

Given the experience of sw-precache, and my experience with trying to support two subsystems that do the same thing, I think we should not do this.

That doesn't mean that someone can't use the project with Grunt: it's a Node module with a well-defined API, so you can hook it up to Grunt just as easily as you can hook it up to Gulp and other such build systems.

But we shouldn't try to maintain two build scripts for building the project itself, nor should we try to maintain two build scripts in the template app. (That said, if someone wants to contribute a Grunt script for the template app, and commits to maintaining it, then I would welcome it.)
