add the possibility of initializing a part clip mask via the part builder.

right now only rects are supported. Custom shapes would be passed through by an anonymous extension of the ShapeRender Class.

Implement the method to allow specifying if a Part lets mouse events pass through other Parts bellow it or not.

Investigate the current solution and check if it is the better approach to the problem.

Add method to bring one Part to the top of others.

Fix text vertical align to let the baseline pass. This will give a better visual for text parts.

Fix the show pivot method. In the current version, a child will not show tis pivot unless its parent also has has set to do so.
