CUValues are too static. Need to create methods which will add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.

Existing stand-in variable baseMultiplier for CUUnit subclasses is too limiting as it requires all units to have a specific linear conversion. While this works for many unit conversions (such as feet to meters) it does not work for more complex conversions such as Celsius to Fahrenheit. Proposal to replace the existing baseMultiplier variable to a conversion block variable.

Need to find a way to prevent this from occurring. Current workaround is to make sure all unit base types are anything but CU...UnitTypeCustom.
