Hello,

I'm wondering how to set the NWTOOLS variable? I added both the lesion-mapper-master folder and the NWTOOLS variable to my .bash_profile, and the lesion_mapper script still cannot call on the NWTOOLS variable. I tried using the nw_pipe, but it also doesn't call appropriately. Please advise.

I'm still new to Github, hopefully this is the acceptable way to point out a potential issue. In the "sienax_nw" script I've noticed that there is a variable declared as "SSM=1", but never actually used. It looks like it was meant to be "ssm=1", which would be flipped if the "-nossm" is specified as command line input and also used further below to control doing the standard space masking.

script now saves output data to directory lesion_mapper, could it be possible to add some additional argument, e.g. --output_path='/<main_disc>//' so I can specify output path manually? I'd like to run this script in FOR loop and in every iteration save data to specific path.
