First refocusing pulse trick in file 'epg_cpmg.m'

Dear developers,

Line 11-13 in the Matlab script named 'epg_cpmg.m' says the following:

% Note that if refoc flip angle is constant, less than pi, and etl > 1 the
% first refocusing flip angle is the average of 90 and the desired
% refocusing flip angle, as proposed by Hennig.

But the Matlab code in line 28 is actually taking the average of 180 and the desired refocusing flip angle as follows:

flipangle(1)=(pi+abs(flipangle(2)))/2/abs(flipangle(2)) * flipangle(2);

Could you please check this discrepancy and provide the reference to Hennig's first refocusing pulse trick?

Thank you very much!
